We do this through year-round academic coaching, leadership training and paid summer internships in a top company that will hopefully lead to a full-time offer upon graduation.

hardest or worst job you ever worked?
About three years ago - 'Consultant' at major bank. The job itself wasn't bad but the person that I had to report to was a 'Senior Consultant' who I believe had issues with mood swings and was very insecure about anyone with a college degree. I put up with it because the job market was bad and I needed the job. Her boss wasn't very effective and I believe intimidated.
your worst boss - what were his/her tricks?

Take any job that pays alot of money - Over the years I have realized that because you spend a large percentage of your life at your job, it is best if you like what you are doing and even more so if you have a passion for it.
what are you looking for in your next job?
I actually like my job but if I get downsized again, I would like to continue working in academia and working with youth.
