I have over 10 years experience as a hands-on SQA Manager for all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements review, risk analysis, project planning, scheduling, testing, defect tracking, management, and reporting. I have led the quality effort through multiple release cycles. I have been responsible for leading teams to validate systems, improve processes, and doing everything possible to verify the overall system level quality. I am adept at using both manual and automated testing tools to troubleshoot systems, integration, user acceptance, positive and negative, functionality, object, and regression.
Prior to my move to SQA, I spent over 10 years developing multi-threaded C, C++, and assembly in Windows, Linux, Solaris and RTOS environments. I have over 7 years of software development on Linux with an additional 2 years in the Solaris (unix) kernel, and over 5 years developing and testing on a Windows operating system
I have executed through the complete software development lifecycle many times and used very well defined processes (CMM).
